The Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which supports WAYS TO LIVE FOREVER, announced at last weekend’s Man & Woman of the Year gala that more than $575,000 had been raised for blood cancer research. The event, held at the Skirball Cultural Center, honored 19 candidates that had been involved in a 10-week fundraising competition, as well as soap opera star Jack Wagner, who has held seven annual celebrity golf tournaments benefiting LLS. Additionally the event, which was hosted by celebrity ambassador Nadia Bjorlin, honored pediatric cancer patients Brittany Lanham (14) and Nathaniel Loomis (4). The upcoming release of WAYS TO LIVE FOREVER was promoted at the event via standees that were placed in view of the attendees. World Wide would like to offer sincere congratulations to everyone who participated in support of the cause. Click here for more information.
