World Wide’s newest partner in its efforts to increase national awareness for the upcoming release of WAYS TO LIVE FOREVER is Curing Kids Cancer. Headquartered in Atlanta, the non-profit focuses on funding promising pediatric cancer research through such innovative and popular programs as Coaches Curing Kids Cancer, Teachers Curing Kids Cancer, Players Curing Kids Cancer and various fundraising events throughout the year. The organization was founded in 2004 by Grainne and Clay Owen, who lost their nine-year-old son, Killian, to leukemia. Curing Kids Cancer seeks to endow The Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Unit at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (where Killian was treated) as well as children’s hospitals and research facilities.
