Shattered Illusions, distributed by World Wide Motion Pictures Company, stars actress Colette O’ Connell and soap-opera legend Morgan Fairchild in a thriller that finds a Los Angeles-based radio DJ (Colette O’Connell) caught in the middle of her troubled past, tension in the workplace and a mysterious fan who commits several murders.

When Lynn Richards, played by Colette O’Connell, receives a job as a talk show host at KBST radio station in Los Angeles, she is given the opportunity to ask her audience questions about the different themes and illusions in life. At the station, Lynn finds herself under a tremendous amount of pressure from the station owner and her manager to maintain high ratings of her show and faces jealousy from a fellow station DJ, psychologist Angie Mason (played by Morgan Fairchild). In addition to her work pressures, Lynn is haunted by her father’s alcohol abuse that contributed to a horrific accident that disabled her sister, Carrie.

When Lynn learns that her father has been paroled from prison after 12 years for Carries accident, she receives a mysterious phone call from a man named “Adam”, who claims to be Lynn’s biggest fan. Adam tells Lynn live on her radio show that “death is what we need”, and a handful of people close to Lynn are murdered before she can find out who is behind her current torment.

Shattered Illusions features Colette O’Connell in the starring role of Lynn Richards. As an actress, Colette O’Connell has made a variety of film and television appearances, including the films Thirteen Days and Gabriela and the television shows The West Wing, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Actress Morgan Fairchild costars in Shattered Illusions as Lynn’s jealous colleague at the radio station, psychologist Angie Mason. An active actress since the 1970s, Morgan Fairchild has made a name for herself as a soap-opera legend, appearing in prime-time soap operas such as Flamingo Road, Paper Dolls and Falcon Crest. She has also guest starred in numerous memorable television shows, including Murphy Brown, Friends, and most recently Bones.

Actor Dave Larsen plays Odessa James and actor David Gunn plays Kyle James in Real Killers (aka Killers), a story about two siblings who find themselves in the center of media attention and on death row following the brutal and heartless murders of their parents. When the two are able to escape from death, they are taken in by a seemingly average, caring family looking to help them. When the two brothers realize that this family is not as normal as they seem and that they are in fact obsessive fans of them following their parent’s murder, Odessa and James are unsure if they will leave the family’s house alive.

Real Killers (Real Killers) features actor Dave Larsen in the role of Odessa James, one of the brothers convicted of murdering his parents. In addition to starring in Killers, Dave Larsen also serves as one of the film’s writers and receives producing credit as well. Actor David Gunn stars in the role of Kyle James, Odessa’s brother and partner in crime. In addition to Killers, Gunn has also starred in the films Vampire Journals, Street Corner Justice, The Convent and the television series Full Moon Fright Night.

Movies Money Murder stars actor Martin Mull and actresses Lainie Kazan and Lee Purcell in a black comedy that finds Dr. Jim (Mull) in a compromising position between a seductive actress (Lee Purcell) and his domineering wife (Lainie Kazan) that ultimately leads to murder.

Lee Purcell plays the role of Lee McNight, an actress looking for financial assistance to produce her upcoming film, who promises to make Dr. Jim a famous movie producer if he provides her with money. When Dr. Jim agrees, a creative team for the movie is put in place at Dr. Jim’s Beverly Hills home, where filming is set to take place. As they begin to film a scene of passion between Dr. Jim and Lee, Dr. Jim’s wife unexpectedly walks in on the set and is unhappy with what she has just witnessed. In a heated moment of anger, Dr. Jim shoots his wife, leaving him and Lee to hide the body. The two are left to finish their movie and somehow cover their tracks by any means necessary, including murder.

Movies Money Murder marks a starring role for actor Martin Mull, whose acting credits include the films The Bodyguard, Clue, Mrs. Doubtfire and most recently 2010’s Killers starring Katherine Heigl and Ashton Kutcher. In addition to his film credits,Martin Mull has made several television appearances over the years, including ROSANNE, THE SIMPSONS and TWO AND A HALF MEN.

Actress Lainie Kazan has kept herself busy in her years since appearing in Movies Money Murder. In addition to being a Broadway and stage veteran, Lainie Kazan has starred in several other feature films, including one of her most memorable roles to date in My Big Fat Greek Wedding alongside Nia Vardalos and John Corbett. She has also made many television guest appearances, including roles on THE KING OF QUEENS, UGLY BETTY and DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES.
